Rubbermaid is one of my favorite brands for organizational products. They have good quality products that seem to last forever. Product’s that save space and have the versatility to be used in multiple ways is high on my list of ‘favorite things’. Their spice rack fits the bill nicely both for versatility and space saving. It mounts in a cabinet and has a pull down feature so you can see items on all 3 tiers. Organizing spices in a cabinet or a pantry can sometimes be quite a challenge, especially if you cook a lot and have many spices. You may have spices for baking and others for cooking. If you store them on a shelf and have multiple sizes of containers, it can be difficult to see the smaller, shorter items if they get pushed to the back. As you cook, you need to be able to find the spice you’re looking for, quickly and easily. The pull down feature takes care of that. If you cook and bake, you may want to purchase multiple racks to separate your cooking spices from your baking spices.
Don’t let the name, ‘spice rack’ fool you. This little organizational gem can be used in many ways. It can be used to store medicine, both prescription and over the counter products as well. I can also see a use for it in the garage for smaller containers of screws, bolts, or maybe electrical or masking tape. Use your imagination and I’m sure you can come up with other ideas for this functional rack. I would love to hear your ideas so please post them here.
