We all have tasks, or projects that we need to do that we may not necessarily like to do. And a lot of times we put them off just because we don’t feel like doing them. It’s called ‘procrastination’.
We have all been guilty of procrastination at one time or another. For some it’s just a way of life. If you put in as much time avoiding what needs to be done, to the task at hand, it would be done already and you could get on with your life. You could ask yourself how you felt after you have completed one of those tasks you didn’t particularly like. I bet you would feel a sense of accomplishment, I know that’s how I feel when I get something done whether it’s something I like to do or don’t like to do.
For me, one of those dreaded tasks is raking leaves, which I should actually be doing right now. What tasks are at the top of your dreaded to do list that you should be doing?
