Having the Proper Mindset Helps to Achieve Goals

One of my goals for 2011 is to lose some weight. I’ve done it before so I knew I could do it again. About 10 or 12 years ago I had success on the Weight Watchers plan counting points, and lost about 30 pounds. It amazed me that I was able to keep the weight off for most of those years.
