By |2023-05-16T10:49:26-05:00May 17th, 2023|Categories: Peace|Tags: , , , , |

According to the Merriam Webster dictionary, the definition of peace of mind is, “a feeling of being safe or protected.” This is not just a part of the tag line for SOS, you actually hear it a lot in advertising, especially from home security companies. My rendition of what it means, is that you don’t have to worry about something, and in a world where so many things are uncertain, the more peace of mind we have in life equals less stress. We all strive to achieve the goal of less stress, or I think we do. There are so [...]

When they realize what the real issue is, they decide it’s time to work on an organizing project. There are several things to consider when planning a successful organizing project. Yes, you too can get organized by incorporating this concept into your daily activities. What it Means to be Chronically Disorganized

By |2020-11-17T13:41:41-06:00May 21st, 2013|Categories: Chronic Disorganization|Tags: , , |

My work in professional organizing extends to clients that are chronically disorganized. I am a member of the Institute for Challenging Disorganization(ICD) and this is where I get the majority of my training. The training I receive not only includes help for chronically disorganized clients, but also for clients in other areas that present challenges with disorganization. Clients that have ADD, physical disabilities, hoarding and seniors, all fall into the category of special needs clients. There are many reasons for disorganization, and from time to time all of us have experienced this feeling. As we go through the stages of life, our [...]
